For more than 5 years, an art object has been standing in front of the AMAKS Congress Hotel, which still raises many questions and disputes. Someone says it's a cow, someone is sure it's just a spiral, and for someone this object is a monument to a croissant.
In fact, this sculpture symbolizes the historical symbol of the Ryazan region - the bison.
The image of the bison was formed from the depths of the Meshchersky Reserve, a national park, which is primarily a cultural place of the Ryazan region, a natural attraction, where these rare animals have been living since 1959.
There are more than three hundred places where bison are bred all over the world. But in terms of the number of animals raised, the Oka Reserve occupies one of the first places among them.
The composition of the sculpture is made in the form of a spiral, which symbolizes the course of life, its infinity.
