Good hotel and service. A delicious restaurant. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially Ilya. They will tell you everything, prompt you, communicate sweetly and promptly resolve issues.

The room is clean, warm, the furniture and interior are in excellent condition, the bathroom is clean, everything is working. That's how it should be. The staff is responsive and polite, from the receptionist to the cleaner. Breakfast is without frills, but everything you need to eat is from porridge, tea, kefir, to sausages, coffee, scrambled eggs. In general, there is nothing to complain about. If you live in a business, then parking will be free. It's a small thing, but it feels good.

I really love this hotel in Ryazan! This is not the first time I have stayed, good functional and comfortable rooms, excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent, for 5+, buffet breakfasts for every taste: porridge, casserole, pancakes, salads, vegetables, sausages, chicken, side dishes, cakes, pastries! You can have lunch at the Yesenin restaurant at the hotel, there is a business lunch from 400 rubles. Great location, you can walk to the city center, there are many cafes, a pastry shop, as well as pharmacies, Vkusville, etc. I've been waiting for 7 minutes, I'll definitely be back! Clean, cozy, comfortable, thick walls (you can't hear the neighbors) cooler with water in the hallway. The location is 8 minutes from the railway station. There are grocery stores nearby. Yesenin restaurant (very tasty) on the ground floor!

A pleasant impression. Everything is new, from furniture to mattresses in the rooms. It's clean even on the upper shelves of the wardrobe corner, linen and towels are squeaking from cleanliness. Shampoo in the shower from a convenient dispenser is of very good quality, not like in disposable cheap hotel kits. Special thanks for the jazz in the restaurant's speakers during a cozy breakfast in the pleasant interior of the restaurant and for parking at an affordable price. I will recommend it!
