A great hotel in Ryazan, a nice clean room 424 would have been if we had stayed in it, but the window was broken and we had to move to 212, which is of course a little different, but despite the situation, we were satisfied! The only advice is to add pillows, one per person is not enough, because they are too small /poorly stuffed, well, I would like a thicker mattress on the cot, it's too thin, every bone of my body feels every crack(( The staff is polite, they tried to resolve our issue without delay! I was pleased with the buffet table at the reception with fruits, confectionery and light alcohol! There is a parking lot for guests!

We often go on business trips to Ryazan, we always stay here. A very decent hotel, the price tag is lower compared to similar ones in other cities. I would also like to mention the billing for late check-out, it is hourly. You do not need to pay 50 percent if you are delayed for an hour or two. Yesenin Restaurant is great! Fast, tasty and inexpensive. Who will try the pike perch!

One disadvantage is that there is no place in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. I barely ordered dinner in the room. Everything else is fine.

Everything is fine! We were with the children before the New Year! The breakfasts are excellent! The rooms are great! Parking is warm!

It's a wonderful place, the rooms are well maintained, the food is on the level, clean, cozy, there is Parking for customers. The staff is friendly. There are only good memories left!

Very nice hotel! Cozy rooms, excellent sound insulation, the room has everything you need for a decent rest: bathrobes, refrigerator, kettle with tea/coffee set, water replenished daily. Excellent restaurant and varied breakfasts!

The rooms are newly renovated, clean, everything is working. The location is excellent, there is a small underground Parking (a great plus, in winter) We took a room without meals, but had lunch and dinner at Yesenin (the hotel restaurant). Delicious and a good choice.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Highly qualified staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent.
